Carrier Offload for MSPs

Add a new service line — and a new revenue stream

Carrier offload turns the Wi-Fi you already manage into carrier-grade indoor coverage for your clients — and a recurring monthly revenue line for you. Carriers pay to route their subscribers' phones onto the client's secure network. No new hardware, no six-figure DAS. We handle the deployment end to end; you add the service and bill it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Carrier Offload for MSPs — FAQ

Yes. For most buildings a distributed antenna system is overkill — a DAS runs roughly $0.50–$1 per square foot for a basic passive system up to $2–$10 per square foot for an active, multi-carrier build, and takes 6–18 months to deploy. Carrier offload delivers in-building cellular over the network your client already runs, at a fraction of the cost and time.
Usually. If the site runs a managed network — Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, RUCKUS, Fortinet, and most others — we can typically convert it to carry carrier-offload traffic. Where new equipment is needed, we handle it.
Today we optimize coverage for AT&T and T-Mobile, with Verizon scheduled to launch by the end of the year — so offload will soon cover all three major carriers, closing the last gap versus a multi-carrier DAS.
Carriers pay to use the offload capacity. You deliver it to clients as a managed service and add a recurring-revenue line, while Flywheel handles carrier approval and provisioning.
No. Offload runs on its own dedicated, encrypted layer alongside the existing network, and offload traffic is prioritized behind all of your client’s essential business connectivity — so their critical traffic always comes first and nothing they rely on is affected.
We qualify the site, secure carrier approval, configure a secure carrier-connected layer on the existing network, then activate and verify in-building coverage — far faster than a carrier-by-carrier DAS build.
